New to higher end biking, visited this shop to shop. Really liked the service and information I was able to obtain and bought a new ride from them. Their selection in stock can be limited as most especially at this time of year (summer) but can get anything via order which is what I did. One week later, a properly fitted Trek that I love. I have gone back to purchase accessories. I can't comment on tech service yet, as I have not had to bring the bike back in quite yet. I can tell you that they seem to have a lot of repair orders there, so the turn around can't be that bad with all that customer base. I did like the fact that I never felt pressured to purchase something I did not want. I never once felt like they were trying to sell me anything I wasn't looking for. Paul and his crew run a nice well educated shop. I am looking forward to the future relationship with this local bike shop.

Even if they don't have your bike they can order one up and do it quick. They help you out with your bike problems, offer reasonable prices, get you fitted to the bike of your size, and can repair you bike rather quickly (even during the busiest months).

They run a well-size store in a prime location, and there are usually only a couple of people working. However, this doesn't mean that you're going to wait a long time to be helped. I've never had to wait more than five minutes to receive excellent service for my bike and its accessories.

Very helpful staff. No 'bike snob' attitude toward us novice types. Bought a new mountain bike and will be going back for more.
