I've purchased three high-end bikes from the Runner's Roost over the past decade and I'm completely satisfied with all aspects of the shop. Tim and his employees go the extra mile. It's worth the trip from anywhere in the area. Great shop with customer-friendly service!

bought several bikes here, mainly high end cannondale mtb. Low end stuff is low end stuff, but still better than walmart. Service is good. Tim is attentive to needs. Don't be afraid to ask for a discount-you might not get it, but doesn't hurt, particularly on high end. Good liason with factory if major problems. Selection could be better but hey, this is a small town.
