I visited the shop today to have the air in my tires checked on my bicycle and received great service. The gentleman that waited on me was so nice and notice a couple simple things that needed attention and took care of it. The next bike I purchase will be from this shop!

They are by far the best Bike Shop Ive been too, and they are extremely cool about repairs and they are quick to do so. One of them actually taught me a thing or two about repairs. You get free tune ups and repairs the first year also 10% of every purchase afterwards after buying a bike with many things included with it. If you want to buy a bike or have thought about buying one Please do take a look there it's worth your while.

BEST BIKE SHOP WITHIN 100 MILES! Great selection of bikes. They may not have 200 different models in stock, but am sure that they have a model that fits your needs to a tee. Can't say enough good things about the staff (extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly). Definately a no-nonsense, no pressure atmosphere. Buyers are encouraged to try out models before purchasing (a concept that seems to be lacking in other stores). Service after the sale is top-notch. Even though I live 15 minutes from three other shops, still travel 45 minutes to this shop for all my needs. I have recommended this store to at least 10 other colleages, and all have ended up making their purchase from this store.

They know what they're doing. Visiting from NYC and traveled from Springfield because of service, knowledge and vibe. No one in the area even compares. Fixed a problem in 15 minutes that the Springfield shop told me didn't exist twice. Support these guys. They get the job done. Don't expect to be coddled, expect to deal with professionals who know the game. I'm leaving the area feeling like and I can't think of a way to show my gratitude. On point.

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was able to test drive several different bikes before I settled on the Trek 7.1 FX hybrid. It completely suits my needs and I feel very fortunate to have found such a great shop. As a first time buyer, I would definitely recommend Village Cyclery to anyone. It also doesn't hurt that Yellow Springs is such a nice, quaint town either.
