I brought my road bike for an advanced tune up, and they failed to fix the creaking noise that I initially mentioned to the service tech when I brought it in. When I asked the service tech why it was still making noise, he looked at it said " I forgot to clean the bottom bracket". Then just recently I bought a mountain bike here, and after the pre-purchase maintenance check I waited for, the handlebars were crooked and the seat post was loose. I do not recommend their service department.

They have been the most responsive company I've run into. They talked us through a non-standard bike rack installation over the phone and sent extra parts for it for free by priority mail. All orders are shipped super fast and they have a great selection of recumbent stuff. HIGHLY recommended!
