This shop can be a little bit intimidating. But once you get to know the staff you'll value there advice. Can be a little pricey.

We needed a repair on our son's handcycle. It uses standard wheels, and he needed a new rim on the front wheel. We brought the bike in on a Monday and were told the repair would be done by that Thursday. On Thursday, we were told they had ordered the wrong part, but it should be repaired by the next day, Friday. On Friday, we were told that they didn't have it done, so it would be done on Monday. On Monday, we were told that it takes 5 working days to get the part in, and since it was ordered last Tuesday, it should be in tomorrow and we will hopefully have the bike back for the weekend (he's entered in a triathlon this weekend, and this simple replacing of a part has now taken them over a week to finish, and they keep stringing us along, telling us a different story each time we check up on the bike. Now my son might have to pull out of the triathlon). Awful service, not to mention insulting when we first went in (a worker in the back made a crack about disabled people's bicycles). Not happy with them at all!
